Kailash Rai is an experienced hospitality professional with over 20 years in the industry, specializing in 5-star deluxe hotels. Currently serving as the General Manager at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts since December 2022, Kailash previously held leadership positions at Lumina Homes, Emerald International, DRN, and The Pride Hotels, among others. Proven expertise in managing large teams and overseeing hotel operations is complemented by a strong background in food and beverage management, banquet sales, and corporate client relations. Educational accomplishments include a Master's Degree in Hospitality and an MBA in Hotel & Tourism from Annamalai University.
