Vanessa Hernandez

Vanessa Hernandez has extensive experience in social law, currently serving as the Responsable juridique social du Groupe SARP since December 2013, providing legal advice on individual and collective labor law and facilitating social dialogue across 30 entities. Prior roles include Responsable juridique social for Veolia and HR legal mission manager for Neopost, where responsibilities encompassed restructuring contracts, managing disciplinary procedures, and supporting collective negotiation processes. Vanessa's career began with roles at Re:Sources - PUBLICIS and Janssen, where expertise in labor law consultancy and participation in institutional representative meetings were honed. Vanessa holds a Master 2 in social law from Université Paris Nanterre and a Licence in AES from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
