Henrik Eurenius has a diverse work experience in various cultural and music-related roles. Henrik served as the Head of Culture for Sarpsborg municipality and a Rektor/teamleder at Sarpsborg kulturskole. Henrik was the Daglig leder at Østfold musikkråd and a Prosjektleder for UKM Lillehammer in Lillehammer Kommune. Henrik also worked as a Musiker og rådgiver at Peer Gynt AS, where they were responsible for evaluating the collaboration between the orchestra, conductor, and festival management. Additionally, they had roles as a teacher, musician, and administrative leader at Lillehammer kulturskole and played the oboe for Secret Garden in Continental AS. Henrik's experience also includes working as an Alt. solo oboist at Trondheim symfoniorkester.

From 1985 to 1991, Henrik attended the Norwegian Academy of Music (NMH), where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Solo-obo and chamber music.

In 2007, Henrik attended UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, where they studied Personal og kompetanseutvikling, earning 15 studiepoeng.

In 2008, Henrik continued their studies at UiT- The Arctic University of Norway and completed three separate courses: Artistutvikling, Praktisk kunst- og kulturformidling, and Tilitotin, each worth 15 studiepoeng.

In 2009, Henrik returned to UiT- The Arctic University of Norway and completed two courses: Om kunst og kulturformidling and Publikumsutvikling, both worth 30 and 15 studiepoeng, respectively.

Finally, in 2010, Henrik attended Høgskolen i Hedmark / Hedmark University College (HH) and completed four courses in Bedriftsøkonomi, with two courses worth 5 studiepoeng and the other two worth 10 studiepoeng each.
