Turid Stubø Johnsen

The municipal director is Sarpsborg municipality's chief administrative officer. The city council employs the municipal director. The municipal director is, among other things, responsible for preparing cases before political bodies, and for implementing political decisions.

Turid Stubø Johnsen is municipal director in Sarpsborg municipality. Johnsen was born in 1967, and started in the position in August 2020. She was previously a department director in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. Johnsen is a trained landscape architect from the Norwegian College of Agriculture and has further education in management. Johnsen has had management responsibilities since 2005, and has held a number of management positions in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
