Amber Matthai

Amber Matthai has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amber currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Sarpy County, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they were the Operations Manager at Sarpy County from September 2018 to June 2022.

Before joining Sarpy County, Amber worked as a Development Specialist at the Alzheimer's Association Nebraska Chapter from October 2017 to August 2018. Amber also gained experience as a Recruitment Specialist - Advanced Practice at Aureus Medical Group from September 2016 to April 2017.

Earlier in their career, Amber worked as an International Account Manager at Honeywell from December 2014 to September 2016. Amber also had a brief stint as an Operations Manager at Aksarben Roofing from June 2014 to November 2014.

Amber's career began at the Ameristar Casino in 2008, where they held multiple positions. Amber served as a Hospitality Operations Executive from September 2011 to May 2014, and as a Front Office Manager from April 2008 to September 2011.

Amber Matthai earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of Phoenix between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Notary Public from the State of Nebraska in April 2019.
