Karen Buche

Karen Buche, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over three decades. Karen began their career in 1981 as a Human Resources Administrator at Westside Bank. From 1983 to 1985, they worked as a Consultant at Employee Relations - Management Information. Karen then joined Centris Federal Credit Union in 1986 and held the role of Vice President of Human Resources until 2005. In 2006, they worked as an Account Executive at Adams, Inc. before moving on to Douglas County Nebraska in 2008. At Douglas County Nebraska, they held the positions of HR Analyst and Employee Relations and Development Coordinator. Finally, since 2011, Karen has been serving as the Human Resources Director at Sarpy County.

Karen Buche, SPHR received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Management and a minor in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Karen completed their degree between 1983 and 1986.
