Blandine Affagard

Blandine Affagard serves as the Conseillère Déléguée au Développement et l'attractivité commerciale for the Ville du Mans since June 2020, and also holds the position of Conseillère départementale for Canton Le Mans 5 at Département de la Sarthe since July 2021. Additionally, Blandine Affagard has been the Directrice at GCR Organisation since 2001, which specializes in consulting and training for local authorities, focusing on commercial development and strategic management. Prior experience includes serving as Chef de projet for the FNSPF Sapeurs Pompiers from 2003 to 2006. Education includes a DESA in Gestion des Ressources Humaines from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
