Dr Ruchi Upadhyay

Dr. Ruchi Upadhyay has a diverse work experience in the wellness industry. Dr Ruchi started their career in 2013 as an Ayurvedic Consultant and Center Manager at YOGACARA HEALING ARTS PRIVATE LIMITED. Dr Ruchi then worked as an Ayurvedic Consultant and Center Manager at Vedasaar Wellness Pvt Ltd from February to September 2014. From September 2014 to December 2015, they worked as an Ayurvedic Consultant and Center Manager at Ayushakti Ayurved Private Limited. In 2016, they joined Health Total by Anjali Mukerjee as a Regional Sales Manager, where they worked until December 2018. Currently, they are associated with SARVA - Yoga, Mindfulness & Beyond, where they started as a Cluster Manager - Operations and Sales in February 2019. Dr Ruchi then became the General Manager - Operations and Sales in October 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Vice President - Sarva Live, starting from October 2020.

Dr. Ruchi Upadhyay completed their Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery degree at Maharashtra University of Health Sciences from 2004 to 2009. Dr Ruchi then went on to earn their MD Ayurveda degree with a specialization in Kayachikitsa from the same university from 2010 to 2012.
