Anushtup De currently serves as Senior Consultant and Head of Unit I in the Department of General and Minimally Invasive Surgery at Sarvodaya Healthcare since October 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Metro Hospital in Faridabad, where Anushtup De supervised evidence-based management of inpatients and trained junior surgical team members. Anushtup has also worked as a Senior Consultant at QRG Health Care and at Asian Institute of Medical Sciences, where new techniques for managing varicose veins were introduced. Anushtup's earlier positions include Consultant roles at Fortis Escorts Hospital & Research Centre and Apollo Hospital Kolkata, alongside a Registrar position. Anushtup holds a DNB in General Surgery and has received education from the Medical College Calcutta and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
