Alan O'Neal

Alan O'Neal, CPP APMP, has extensive experience in proposal management and due diligence, currently serving as Due Diligence Manager and Principal Proposal Manager at SAS since March 1999. Alan directs the global due diligence process, overseeing customer inquiries across various operational aspects, including information security, quality, and regulatory compliance, while also managing a global content management system. Productivity improvements exceeding 300% have been achieved through the development of effective processes and a global proposal response database. Previous roles include technical writing and multimedia production at GTE, document management development at Haliburton NUS, and broadcast engineering at Metro Dade County. Alan's educational background includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Miami.
