Alan Wrobel

Alan Wrobel worked as the Sr. Principal/Principal Global Trade Compliance Counsel at SAS Institute Inc. from 2015 to present. Prior to that, Alan worked as the Director of Legal Services at the same company. Alan has a background in legal services and has experience in managing risk in customer transactions. Alan also worked at Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP as an Associate/Senior Associate, where Alan represented technology-intensive companies. Alan holds a JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with a Finance concentration from Michigan State University.
