Borja Luengo has extensive experience in customer advisory and pre-sales management. Currently serving as the SWE Customer Advisory Manager at SAS since June 2019, Borja leads the CA regional management for SAS marketing-oriented solutions. Prior to this role, Borja managed the Innovation Lab and Customer Intelligence pre-sales team, employing Design Thinking methodology to enhance value propositions and drive opportunities. From August 2013 to January 2019, Borja worked as an Engagement Manager at SAS, focusing on sales and service project implementation in customer experience and fraud. Borja began his career as a Senior Consultant at STRATESYS from March 2007 to July 2013, and holds a Master's degree in Business Intelligence from EOI Business School, alongside a university specialization in consulting from U.N.E.D. and an Engineer degree in Computer Science from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca.
