David Keim

David Keim is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at SAS since May 1998, Keim leads a diverse legal team managing global corporate legal matters, including intellectual property, M&A, and litigation. Additionally, Keim holds roles as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Managing Attorney at T3D Therapeutics, Inc., a company focused on Alzheimer's drug development, where also serves on the Board of Directors. Keim’s previous experience includes overseeing legal matters at International Family Entertainment, Inc. and serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at the City of Richmond Circuit Court. Keim’s academic credentials include an LLM in Taxation from William & Mary Law School and a JD from Regent University School of Law, complemented by a BA in Political Science from Gardner-Webb University.
