Dylan Butler

Dylan Butler has extensive experience in database management and web development, currently serving as the Database Services Team Lead at SAS since April 2001, overseeing a team of eight Database Administrators and supporting over 2,300 databases across various platforms. Prior roles at SAS include Senior Database Administrator, where critical MySQL and SQL Server environments were architected for high availability, and Database Administrator, where operations for 1,500 databases were supported using advanced HA/DR technologies. Earlier career experiences include web development at lucy activewear and Synetechs Corporation, focusing on SQL database design and management. Dylan Butler holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University and a Master of Business Administration from Portland State University.
