Jim Hazen is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in digital analytics and customer intelligence. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager at SAS since October 2022, Jim previously worked at Google as Product Manager for Cloud Security and held various roles at SAS, including Advisory Product Manager, where management of components within the Customer Intelligence 360 product portfolio was crucial. Prior to SAS, Jim managed multi-channel analytics at EY and oversaw digital customer intelligence at SAS. Additional experiences include leadership roles at Capstrat, Lenovo, IBM, and Industrial Reports, Inc. Jim holds an MBA in Marketing from North Carolina State University and a BA in Marketing and International Business from Appalachian State University.
