Charlotta Frohm

Charlotta Frohm is an experienced business developer specializing in customer payment solutions, currently serving at SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) since February 2014. In addition to this role, Charlotta is actively involved in the International Air Transport Association (IATA), where participation includes membership and chairing the Payment Methods Working group as well as serving as a board member on the IATA Financial Advisory Council. Prior to these roles, Charlotta was a board member of the Pan-Nordic Card Association, representing Nordea in card issuing topics, and held prominent positions at Nordea, including Head of Card Issuing Product Management and Product Manager for Consumer Cards. Charlotta holds a Civilekonom degree from the University of Gothenburg.
