Iwona Czerwinska

Iwona Czerwinska has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, primarily with SAS - Scandinavian Airlines since November 1997, where Iwona has held various roles culminating as Financial Controller EMEA. In this capacity, Iwona oversees the preparation of financial statements, annual reports, and compliance with accounting regulations, while managing processes with outsourced teams and enhancing operational efficiency through Lean methodologies. Previous positions include Accounting Controller and Senior Accounting Specialist for Region East Europe, with responsibilities spanning payroll management, financial process transitions, and collaboration with outsourcing partners. Prior to SAS, Iwona worked as a Sales Representative at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Iwona holds a Master of Economics, specializing in Economic Cybernetics and IT, from the University of Warsaw and attended the Universität des Saarlandes.
