Malin Eriksson

Malin Eriksson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and sales operations within the airline industry. Currently serving as the Program Director for People & Harmonization at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines, Malin has held various leadership roles since October 2013, including Head of Global Sales Operations and Lean Business Improvement Leader. Malin's responsibilities encompass leading lean transformations, business planning, and fostering a learning culture. Prior to SAS, Malin was the CEO of Minerva Academy and held senior positions at SJ Service Academy, SJ AB, and Nova Airlines. Malin's educational background includes executive education in Leadership and Change Management from the Stockholm School of Economics and a diploma in Marketing from IHM Business School.
