Olav Guldbrandsen

Olav Guldbrandsen is an experienced aviation professional with a diverse background in recruitment, piloting, and education. Since 1989, Olav has served as Recruitment Manager for SAS - Scandinavian Airlines, overseeing the recruitment of over 700 pilots. Previously, Olav held positions as Chief Pilot and Pilot, gaining extensive operational experience across various aircraft. In addition to work with SAS, Olav co-founded GO Aviation Assessment in 2021, focusing on aviation safety and pilot assessment. As a Reserve Officer in the Royal Danish Air Force, Olav has participated in complex mission planning, while also contributing as a lecturer on human factors at the Arctic University of Norway. Olav's educational qualifications include certifications in multiple assessment systems and management courses.
