Mingrui Liu

Mingrui Liu has a diverse range of work experience. They started as an Equipment Engineering Intern at GlobalFoundries in 2023. Prior to that, they were involved in various roles at the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE), including Chapter Co-President, Marketing Director, and Freshman Representative. In these positions, they focused on fostering inclusivity, expanding corporate affiliations, increasing community service involvement, managing social media presence, and organizing events. They also worked as an Engineer Intern at Aymont Technology, Inc. in 2022, where they were responsible for equipment assembly, interpreting CAD designs, and conducting inventory and quality checks. Their earliest work experience was as a Platoon Sergeant in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they trained recruits, managed a team of Section Commanders, and ensured safety and discipline.

Mingrui Liu obtained a High School Diploma from Shenendehowa Central School District between 2015 and 2019. Currently, from 2021 to 2025, Mingrui is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
