Ecba Nadine Junkin

Nadine Junkin, ECBA has a diverse range of work experience, with their most recent role being an Operations Specialist for Private Clients at Sasfin since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Singular Systems (Pty) Ltd, where they held multiple roles over the years. Nadine started as a Junior Consultant in March 2015, where they conducted research and drafting of corporate actions. Nadine then progressed to a Consultant 1 role, where they investigated corporate actions and evaluated their nature from a CGT perspective. As a Consultant 2, their responsibilities included collaborating with clients, data analysis and interpretation, and compiling reports. Nadine further advanced to become a Senior Consultant, primarily focusing on data analysis and interpretation, including designing and implementing MS Access and SQL queries. In their most recent role at Singular Systems, they worked as a Team Leader, guiding and training a team of consultants in developing their skills.

Nadine Junkin, ECBA, pursued their education in a systematic manner. Nadine attended Kingswood College from 1995 to 2007 and successfully obtained a National Senior Certificate with Exemption, which is equivalent to A-levels. Following that, they enrolled at Rhodes University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. During their time at Rhodes University, Nadine focused their studies on various subjects in the field of accounting, including Management Accounting & Finance, Taxation, and Auditing.

In addition to their formal education, Nadine has obtained several additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Nadine completed the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) in July 2021. Prior to that, they completed a course titled "Microsoft Power BI - A Complete Introduction [2021 Edition]" offered by Udemy in May 2021. In September 2019, Nadine also completed a course on SQL through Codecademy, known as the "Learn SQL Course." These certifications demonstrate their commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of business analysis and related areas.
