Mariate Tjale

Mariate Tjale began their work experience in 2013 at the Department of Economic Development, Environment, and Tourism Limpopo, where they worked in a shadowing role for nearly three years. In 2021, they joined Pacinamix as a Public Relations and Communications Intern, staying with the company until early 2022. Currently, Mariate is a Marketing Graduate at Sasfin, which they started in March 2022.

Mariate Tjale's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communication in corporate communications from the University of Johannesburg, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. In 2020, they pursued further studies at the same university and completed a BA Honours degree in Strategic Communication with a Cum Laude distinction in the field of Humanities/Humanistic Studies. Additionally, during the same year, Mariate served as a Professional Practice Tutor at the University of Johannesburg. Mariate also worked as a Communication Management Tutor specializing in Public Relations at the university in 2020.
