Preshen Kissoon

Preshen Kissoon has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Beginning in 2008, they worked as an Administration Clerk at E.G Radiators. In 2009, they moved on to Anil Ramnath & Company Charted Accountants (SA) where they served as an Accounting Clerk until 2012. Following this, they were employed as an Accounting Clerk at Michael Frey's Fresh Meats Market (Pty) Ltd from 2012 to 2013. Kissoon then transitioned to Lockhat Incorporated as a Junior IT Auditor from 2013 to 2014. Preshen briefly worked at Mutual & Federal as a Data Capturer in 2014 before joining Lesaka Technologies Inc. as a Development Tester from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Kissoon held the position of Test Analyst at Sybrin before being promoted to Test Lead, a role they held until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Sasfin.

Preshen Kissoon obtained a certification in Certified software tester foundation from ISTQB in 2017. In addition, they have obtained several additional certifications from LinkedIn, including Test Automation with Python, Python for Non-Programmers, Agile Testing, Software Testing Foundations: Test Preparation, Behavior-Driven Development, SQL for Testers, Software Testing Foundations: Test Management, PostgreSQL Essential Training, Test Automation Foundations, Performance Testing Foundations, and Programming Foundations: Software Testing/QA. Preshen also obtained an ISTQB - Foundation Software Tester certification from SASTQB in 2017.
