Semonay Wesley

Semonay Wesley has a wealth of experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Semonay began their career as a Recruiter at Quest Staffing Solutions in 2012, where they worked until September of that year. Semonay then joined TPG Consulting as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, a role they held until November 2013.

In December 2013, Wesley joined Bathopele Talent Factory as the Head of Perm Division - Recruitment, a position they held until May 2014. Semonay then moved on to Professional Appoint as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, where they worked from June 2014 to June 2015.

Wesley then joined Kelly & Quest Staffing Solutions and served as a Perm Consultant from June 2015 to November 2020. Their next career move took their to talentCRU, where they worked as a Perm Recruiter from December 2020 to December 2021.

Most recently, Wesley joined Sasfin in January 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Their work experience demonstrates their expertise in recruitment and their ability to adapt and excel in various roles within the field.

Semonay Wesley began their education at Welkom High School, where they completed their Matric from 1999 to 2002. In 2019, they attended Stellenbosch Business School for a HR Management Course. From 2022 to 2025, they enrolled at Regent Business School and obtained a BCom degree in Human Resource Management, focusing on the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Additionally, Semonay Wesley has obtained certifications, including the "Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn in March 2021 and certifications in biometric consulting from LexisNexis Risk Solutions and Managed Integrity Evaluation (MIE) Pty Ltd.
