Viksha R. has extensive work experience in the fields of human resources, employee relations, and recruitment. Viksha currently holds the position of Head: Human Capital Sasfin Wealth at Sasfin. Prior to that, they worked as a Professional Speaker at a private company. Viksha also served in various roles at FNB South Africa, including Head of Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, Head of Human Capital eBucks and Retail Support, Segment Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Business Partner. Viksha gained experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at MMI Holdings Limited and worked as an Account Manager and Human Resources Consultant at Internet Solutions.
