Yugen Moodley

Yugen Moodley has a diverse range of experience in the CRM field. Yugen started their career in 2009 as a CRM Programmer at Telesa Comms, where they managed and implemented customizations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Yugen also planned and implemented workflows and dialogs, created dashboards and charts, extracted data and created reports using CRM or T-SQL, and created custom entities and records to meet business needs.

In 2011, Yugen transitioned to the role of CRM Programmer at Telesa Comms, where they continued their work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Yugen also served as an IT Buffer Technician, programming electronic hardware, making various types of cables, and serving as a fault technician for buffers.

Yugen then moved on to work as a CRM Consultant at SIS Global for a brief period in 2015 before joining Karabina Solutions as a CRM Technical Consultant later that year. In this role, they implemented various CRM solutions and provided technical consulting services until 2017.

Yugen further expanded their CRM expertise by working as a CRM Developer at Momentum for a few months in 2017 before joining IQbusiness South Africa as a CRM Consultant in 2018. Yugen provided CRM consulting services and played a crucial role in the implementation of CRM systems.

Most recently, Yugen joined Sasfin in 2019 as a CRM Developer, where they continue to contribute to the development and customization of CRM systems.

Yugen Moodley completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronic Engineering at Durban University of Technology from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including MB2-716: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration in December 2018, 000.FieldOne, From Microsoft Certification Course in April 2016, MB2-707: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization and Configuration in October 2015, and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional in October 2015.
