Richard Cochran possesses extensive experience in building maintenance and construction instruction, currently serving as a Professional Building Maintenance Instructor at United Planning Organization since June 2019. Richard’s role involves preparing students for careers as maintenance technicians through comprehensive courses that include OSHA standards and various construction skills. Additionally, Richard has been an Adjunct Instructor at ABC Craftmasters since March 2016, teaching NCCER trades and related safety protocols. Richard also contributes to Sasha Bruce Youthbuild as a Construction Instructor since June 2013, focusing on foundational construction skills.
