Kaitlyn Neustaeter

Community Inclusion Specialist at SASKATCHEWAN ABILITIES COUNCIL

Kaitlyn Neustaeter is a Community Inclusion Specialist at the Saskatchewan Abilities Council since September 2015, responsible for fostering community integration for individuals with disabilities through the development of positive relationships with employers and non-profit agencies. In this role, Kaitlyn assists individuals in securing and maintaining volunteer and employment opportunities. Previously, Kaitlyn served as a Quality of Life Coordinator, where responsibilities included developing and implementing supportive activities for individuals with varying abilities and supervising support staff. Earlier experience includes working as a Community Service Worker for the Government of Saskatchewan and as a Disability Support Worker at Southwest Homes. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Regina and a Rehabilitation Worker’s Certificate from Saskatchewan Polytechnic.

The Saskatchewan Abilities Council is a non-profit organization providing program for people with disabilities. The Sewing Department manufactures cloth bags in a variety of sizes. Available with drawstring and tyvec identification tag. Material used is a lightweight natural greige cotton. Bags are used for, rock and soil sample bags for exploration companies, parts bags, grain sample bags. The promotional cloth bags are manufactured of a 10oz. natural cotton duck in a variety of sizes with silkscreen logos and printing available. These bags are excellent for conferences and conventions. The bags are marketed throughout Canada.
