John-Paul Cullen

John-Paul Cullen is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at SGI since July 2018, previous positions include Vice President of Auto Fund Operations and Vice President of Licensing, Customer, and Vehicle Services. Prior to SGI, John-Paul was the Executive Director of Organization and People at the City of Regina and held multiple leadership roles within the Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region, focusing on human resource operations and workforce strategy. John-Paul also contributed to the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health as Director of Policy & Regional Programs, overseeing substantial budgets and initiatives for physician-related programs. John-Paul holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Regina and has extensive management experience leading teams and overseeing significant operational budgets.
