CeCe Baptiste, CPA, CMA, ICD.D has held various finance and accounting roles at organizations such as the University of Saskatchewan, First Nations Bank of Canada, and the Saskatchewan Research Council. They also have experience working with the Whitecap Dakota First Nation. CeCe's expertise includes strategic planning, financial analysis, budget preparation, and financial statement finalization. They hold a CMA designation and have received training from the Institute of Corporate Directors at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.

The Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT) is an Indigenous post-secondary institution, governed by First Nations leaders. With a province-wide footprint of campuses, trade and career centres, mobile training units, and many community-based program sites, SIIT programs are available all across Saskatchewan. SIIT provides applied skills training for careers in a variety of areas. Programs include both traditional and hands-on learning, with close ties to related industry stakeholders to ensure course content is strong and relevant.
