Matt McGurk

Matt McGurk currently serves as the Academic Chair for the Paramedic, Pharmacy Technician, and Veterinary Technologist programs at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, a position held since February 2012. Matt has also taken on roles such as Interim Academic Chair and Interprofessional Education Coordinator in Saskatoon. In addition, Matt has experience working as an Advanced Care Paramedic at Medavie Health Services West since October 2011 and previously served as a Professional Development Officer at MD Ambulance from April 2013 to September 2017. Matt's educational qualifications include a Certified Health Executive designation from the Canadian College of Health Leaders, a Master's degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University, and various certifications in critical care and emergency medical technology.
