Deep Patel

Deep Patel is an experienced Electrical and Controls Engineer currently working at SaskPower since July 2021, overseeing construction of capital projects and managing critical assets at Poplar River Power Station. Previously, Deep served as an Engineering Student at SaskPower, supporting the Project Delivery Group by designing substation automation elements. Prior experience includes a role as a Power System Study Engineer at Elcon Engineers Pvt Ltd, focused on power system analysis using ETAP and AutoCAD. Deep holds a Master of Engineering in Electronic Systems Engineering from the University of Regina and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
