Tariq Parvez

Tariq Parvez is a seasoned electrical engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering design across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at SaskPower since October 2015, Tariq has previously held significant roles including Sr. Principal Engineer at Fluor Canada and Project Engineer at AMEC, leading design teams for complex electrical infrastructure projects in mining and hydroelectric sectors. With a career spanning over three decades, notable experiences also include managing high-voltage substations and transmission systems for Abu-Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority and contributing to major projects in various regions, including the development of GIS/AIS substations and strategic project execution plans. Tariq holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power Systems and Communications.
