Pitzel P, CD has extensive experience in law enforcement as a Police Explosives Technician with the Saskatoon Police Service since 2000, where roles have included Detective Sergeant, Explosives Unit Team Leader, and Patrol Sergeant, among others. Additionally, Pitzel serves as General Manager and Explosive Demolition Contractor at Rakowski Group since June 2015. Pitzel was a member of the Saskatchewan Rugby Executive Board from December 2022 to January 2024 and held the position of Commanding Officer (retired) in the Canadian Armed Forces from May 1993 to January 2010. Pitzel also played rugby at the provincial division 1 level with KREMS Rugby from 1990 to 2000.
