Programming Librarian at Saskatoon Public Library

Lindsay Virgin is an experienced librarian currently serving as a Programming Librarian and Neighbourhood Librarian at Saskatoon Public Library since January 2016, where responsibilities include planning and delivering various branch-specific programs and chairing librarian meetings. Previous positions include Children's Librarian at Cliff Wright Branch, where Lindsay focused on children’s programs, and Outreach and Access Services Librarian, responsible for large print and audiobook collections. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Librarian at North Battleford Library and roles at the University of Alberta and University of Saskatchewan Bookstore. Lindsay holds a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Alberta and two Bachelor's degrees in Art History and Fine Arts from the University of Victoria and University of Saskatchewan, respectively.
