Haylee Gustafson is an experienced professional in the field of social services, currently serving as the Urban Family Services Program Coordinator at Saskatoon Tribal Council since January 2020. In this role, Haylee oversees frontline workers providing essential support to at-risk families facing challenges such as food insecurity, addiction, and homelessness. Previous experience includes positions as a KidsFirst Home Visitor at YWCA Saskatoon and a Crisis Counselor at E4C, where Haylee also held the role of Wellness Manager in The Inner Ways Program, managing a team to provide wellness supports for individuals with complex addictions and mental health needs. Haylee’s extensive background encompasses crisis support and life skills coaching in transitional housing settings, as well as public speaking on mental illness and stigma. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan and an Associate's degree from Lakeland College.

Saskatoon Tribal Council (STC) improves the quality of life of First Nations through mutually beneficial partnerships with community organizations and industry. Opportunities for improved living are accessed through programs and services in health, safety, economic development, education, and financial investments in the broader community. Acting as a representative body for seven First Nations, STC delivers programs and services to those living in member communities and Saskatoon.
