Tero Pernu

Tero Pernu is the Managing Director–Sasken Finland at Sasken Technologies. Tero has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on business development and relationship management.

Pernu began their career at Nokia in April 2010 as a Senior Manager. Tero was responsible for leading the Operative Reporting and Investment unit, overseeing service strategy creation, portfolio and budget management, resourcing and line management, service management and compliance. The services were built on top of J2EE, Microsoft .net and SAP (FI/CO/CE/PI/Travel/WAS/Netweaver/BW/HR/HANA) modules.

In 2013, Pernu transitioned to Tata Consultancy Services as a Relationship Director. In this role, they were responsible for business development and relations in finance, supply chain and retail domains.

Most recently, Pernu worked as the Regional Sales Director Nordics at HCL Technologies from July 2020 to February 2022. In this role, they helped customers to create seamless business processes and to provide the best user experience.

Tero Pernu has a background in leading change and holds a M.Sc in Business Administration from the University of Tampere. Tero also has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same school. In addition, they are certified by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner.

Their manager is Abhijit Kabra, CEO. They work with Swami Krishnan - VP and Head - Marketing & Communications, John Premkumar - Senior VP & Head–Global Delivery.
