Brenda Nowakowski, CPA, CMA, ICD.D., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance and finance. Currently serving as a Board Member for Saskatoon Prairieland Park, SaskEnergy, and Ronald McDonald House Charities - SK, Brenda also holds the position of Parish Council Administrative Chair & Treasurer for Saints Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church. As President of Brelin Holdings Ltd. since September 2019, Brenda has showcased leadership in various fields, previously serving as Vice President of Finance at JNE Welding for two decades. Educational credentials include governance-focused training through ICD-Rotman and Professional Director Inc., complemented by studies at multiple institutions including the University of Alberta and Edwards School of Business. Brenda's passion for supporting and championing entrepreneurial spirit was recognized during time as Prairie Region Judge for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year program.
