Nishant Batta

Nishant Batta has extensive experience in the energy sector, primarily with SaskEnergy since October 2009, where key roles include Manager of Instrumentation & Electrical Reliability and Manager of Measurement Engineering & Support, focusing on metering and gas quality solutions. Previous positions include Team Lead in Management of Change and Measurement Engineer, responsible for gas quality assessments and various technical projects. Nishant also served as a Storage & Standards Engineer-in-Training, developing standard procedure instructions and new systems for efficiency, and began a career in system planning as an Engineer-in-Training. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and a high school diploma from Aden Bowman. Additionally, a summer research project involved hydrogen production related to gasification of municipal solid waste.
