Debbie Johnson

Debbie Johnson has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, having worked at SaskTel since 1994. As the Director of HR for Strategic Planning, Development, CSR, and Performance Management since 1998, Debbie has overseen critical functions such as performance and succession management, as well as employee recognition. Previous roles at SaskTel include Acting Director and HR Manager, focusing on performance and organizational development. Debbie's early career involved partnership development and marketing research. An alumnus of the University of Regina, Debbie holds a degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in Marketing and Human Resources.
