Imran Alam

Imran Alam is an experienced Technical Analyst at SaskTel since October 2016, specializing in the operations and management of Tier II and Tier III data centers with a focus on security and network solutions for business customers. Previously, as a Network Analyst at Primus Telecommunications Canada Inc. from June 2013 to September 2016, Imran was responsible for managing Voice, DSL, and MPLS networks, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining network operational integrity. Prior experience includes roles as a Communication Engineer at Detecon Al Saudia Company Limited, where Imran handled operations of various networking equipment, and as a Network Support Engineer at Brain Telecommunication Ltd., focusing on the implementation of business solutions. Imran holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of the Punjab and additional certifications from Cisco Canada and CompTIA.
