Jeff Richards

Jeff Richards, ICD.D, currently serves as Director at SaskTel since July 2025 and Executive Director at Weyburn Wor-Kin Shop since March 2020. With prior experience as Director at SaskPower from November 2021 to July 2025, and a Board Member and Governance & Corporate Responsibility Committee Chair at SaskWater from November 2017 to November 2021, Richards has a strong background in leadership and governance. Additionally, Richards held the position of Vice President of Strategic Development at Southeast College Saskatchewan from November 2014 to March 2020 and Executive Director at Weyburn Chamber of Commerce from September 2006 to October 2014. Entrepreneurial experience includes ownership of LJ's Hillside Store and Val Marie Hotel, both of which were transformed into successful ventures. Educational qualifications include completion of the Credit Union Director Achievement Program and training at Prairie Broadcast Training Institute.
