Bryan Zair

Bryan Zair is currently working as the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant Secretary, as well as being responsible for M&A at Sasser Family Companies since October 2017. Prior to this, Bryan worked as a Partner at JONES DAY® from September 2015 to October 2017, and at Mayer Brown from December 2007 to September 2015. Bryan started their legal career as an Associate at Clark Hill PLC from September 2004 to November 2007. Bryan holds a J.D. in Law from Wayne State University Law School and a BS in Finance and Business Economics from Wayne State University. Bryan completed their high school education at Southfield-Lathrup High School.
