Arturo Chang

Arturo Chang is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Sassy Woof since November 2022. Prior to this role, Arturo held positions such as Director and Senior Counsel of State Government Affairs at the Wireless Infrastructure Association from December 2017 to October 2022. Arturo also served as an Attorney-Advisor and Law Clerk at the National Telecommunications & Information Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce, as well as held various legal positions at the Executive Office of the President and other organizations. Arturo holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, as well as a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and an A.S. in Computer Science from Middlesex College.
