Reema Shaikh has worked in the travel industry since 2015. Reema began their career at Pakistan International Airlines as a Loyalty Program Officer in the Award +Plus Department, where they were responsible for processing and issuing Awards to esteemed PIA patrons. In 2018, they joined Sastaticket.pk as an Associate Product Ops Analyst, where they tracked daily operations orders, analyzed issues, and reported to the relevant department to fix. Reema also handled tele sales and collected customer feedback through review calls. Additionally, they were responsible for Domestic and international hotel bookings. Reema then moved into a Travel Consultant role at Sastaticket.pk, where they handled orders and informed passengers regarding their reservations, managed workflow and processes in accordance with SLA, anticipated and provided assistance on potential challenges that may arise for the customer, provided thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all customers during the travel booking process, and maintained professional and technical knowledge by attending training workshops and reviewing professional publications.
Reema Shaikh completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Sindh in 2013. In 2015, they obtained a Sabre certification from Pakistan International Airlines.
