Caren Brühan

Caren Brühan has had a diverse work experience, beginning with a Sales Assistant role at Esprit in 2013. Caren then held a similar role at Calzedonia Group in 2015, followed by a Management & Hospitality Intern role at Cape Summer Villas Boutique Collection in 2016. In the same year, they worked as a Sales Assistant at BESTSELLER. In 2017, they were an HR Management Intern at Festo, and in 2019 they were a HR Development Intern at ZF Group and a Thesis Student at SEAWATER Cubes GmbH. Most recently, they have been a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CLARK since 2020, and is currently a Talent Acquisition Manager at Sastrify.

Caren Brühan completed a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Internationale Betriebswirtschaft from the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken between 2013 and 2016. During this time, they also completed a semester abroad at Brest Business School in International Business from 2015 to 2016. Following this, they completed a Master of Arts - MA in International Management from the same university between 2017 and 2020. In 2018 to 2019, they also completed a semester abroad at the University of Hertfordshire in International Management. In addition, they obtained a certification from Sastrify Internal Academy in Mission Briefing in November 2022.
