Heidi Kalmár 🇭🇺 🇬🇧 🇸🇰

Heidi Kalmár has a wealth of experience in sales enablement, beginning with their role as Front Office Lead at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in 2010. In 2011, they took on the role of ICT Filing support to ICT Budget & Financial team at the European Medicines Agency. From 2012 to 2019, Kalmár worked for Salesforce, where they served as Sales Enablement Programs Coordinator, International, Sales Enablement Analyst, UKI, Office Manager, and Office Administrator. In 2019, they joined Zoom as Sales Enablement leader for GTM Manager Excellence, EMEA and Sales Enablement Manager for Europe. Most recently, Kalmár was appointed Global Leader of Sales Enablement at Sastrify in 2022. Additionally, they are a Member of the Sales Enablement Society, a volunteer organisation founded in January 2016.

Heidi Kalmár's education history includes completing their Maturity degree in IT services and Economics from Electrical Engineering High School, Business Academy & IT Services, Slovakia in 2004. Heidi has also obtained certifications from Sastrify Internal Academy | Leading Remotely (2022), AgilePM® Foundation from APMG International (2022), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The Knowledge Academy (2022), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from The Knowledge Academy (2020), and Registered PRINCE2® Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice (2017).
