Arif Khan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Arif worked at SAT Microsystems from 2009 onwards as the Head of IT Operations and Projects. In this role, they developed a strategic plan to capture a 10% share of the global services market, focusing on artificial intelligence, sustainable technologies, and consumer tech platforms. Arif also led various projects involving system design and implementation, including data center construction and migration, core banking application transformation, ITIL practices implementation, e-commerce website creation, disaster recovery site establishment, and offshore IT service transition.
Prior to SAT Microsystems, Arif worked at Wipro as a Practice PSD and Global Program Manager from 2005 to 2009, a Regional Program and Implementation Manager in 2004, and a Program Manager from 2002 to 2004. Arif also worked at Wipro Infotech as an Operations Manager from 1999 to 2002. Before that, Arif gained experience at IT & T Ltd as a Customer Service Engineer in 1998, and at DSS Mobile Communications Ltd as a Customer Support Engineer from 1997 to 1998.
Arif Khan attended Harvard Business School Online until 2017, but it is unknown whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study. Arif also received a certification in Blue Ocean from The Blue Ocean Academy, but the month and year of completion are unspecified.
