Farzana possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR and Customer Advocacy at SAT Microsystems since May 2022, previously holding the position of Manager - HR Operations. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources at Aanvii Hearing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where significant improvements in payroll procedures and recruitment processes were implemented, and Human Resources Manager at Eminent Solutions.
