Alice Simone is the Head of People for Satair US, an Airbus Services Company, responsible for all HR activities in the US and serving nearly 600 employees. Previously, Alice held various HR roles, including Country HR Manager at Techtronic Industries and Office & HR Manager at GITER. Alice also worked at Airbus as Head of Leadership University Americas and in different HR capacities, including Competence and Learning Manager and Compensation and Benefits Manager. In 2011, Alice earned a degree from Università degli Studi di Milano with top honors.
